I think sweatshops are one of the worst things in our world. People in sweatshops have to work a lot of hours, and that can be women, men and even children. They spend the whole day there working, without any pause. They do not get much money, and they work and live in very bad conditions. People that work at sweatshops  are poor people and they need more money so they can take care about their family. I do not think that children that are 8 years old have to work in this factories, because they may be in school learning. I also think that they would have to pay this poor people more money, because this clothes and shoes that they are producing, are later buyed from rich people for a lot of money.

There are a lot of multinational companies like Nike, Gap, Adidas, H&M… that could pay them more money because of producing clothes and shoes, but they do not. They keep all the money for them. I think that it is a very egoistical comportament because this people are very rich, and they know the conditions of this poor people in sweatshops. Also in this sweatshops, there are sometimes accidents where people die because of the conditions of the factories.

Explain the people who buy that brand how their clothes are made and in what conditions the workers are living and working. We always think that this happens in the poor countries, but it is also near us. If we continue buying this, we are saying to the company and the millions of workers that we do not care about them. The multinational companies do not care about that, this is the reason why they do it. Nike and G.A.P are the principal problems of this disaster. But if the people continue buying our clothes, what is the problem? These companies move their workers to counties that do not have working conditions, do not have a vacancy, they earn a miserable salary… They do not spend lots of money paying the workers and they have more production for their brands. I think that these companies should have their workers in good conditions, working in offices, working with a “normal” salary, with some importance in their works… This slavery has to end now. Nowadays it is not normal to have people in the world working like this… We have to change it. Trying not to buy this brands and reducing the cloth industry.

Also my group and I have done an investigation about Sweatshop . Here you have:
