Beure aigua possibilita una bona hidrataci\u00f3 corporal i permet que tots els processos del nostre organisme funcionin adequadament. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s especialment important en algunes situacions i edats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El consum d&#8217;aigua, a difer\u00e8ncia dels altres aliments o begudes, no est\u00e0 sotm\u00e8s a una estricta moderaci\u00f3. Cal beure\u2019n sovint, sempre segons les necessitats individuals i en qualsevol moment del dia, tant abans, com durant o despr\u00e9s dels \u00e0pats.
