What Interesting facts did you learn about the cities in your collabroation?

I learned their ways of doing things, and how it was different to our ways ofdoing things, like farming. Some countries farmed using chemicals to make the plants grow faster while others still farmed in the traditional way of their country. I also learned how other countries worked at class, how some weared uniforms some day but then some other days didn’t, how they did their work etc.

Choose an international city from your collaboration. How is life in this city similar to life in your city? How is it different? What do you think is the reason for this?

I would like to talk about Taipei. Life in Taipei is very different from ours, both in a good way and bad way.

Life in the East of Taipei is very clean, cheap and, as always, full of delicious asian food, on the other hand the West is dirty, and basically the home of all enterprises.

I think life is different there because of different things. I’ve always thought that culture changes your way of seeing things, and since their culture is different from ours they think different, so they come up with different ideas, different ways of solving things etc.

Which food system issue was most interesting to you? Why?

Food waste, it was interesting because we learned how much people waste without thinking about how that affects the world, they just do it.

Which digital tools did you most enjoy using? Why?

Google Presentations, I enjoyed it because I like making presentations and at global scholars presentations can be very interesting.

How will you use what you learned this year in the future?

I will use it for example when I go to a different country, if that country is one of the countries we studied then I will be able to chat about some things with the people there, and I’ll learn even more!
