La postura \u00e9s molt important, per\u00f2 per mi \u00e9s molt dif\u00edcil. Lo bo, \u00e9s que com tinc mal d&#8217;esquena em va molt b\u00e9 i he millorat molt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/edukame.com\/sites\/default\/files\/articulo\/postural_edukame.jpg\" alt=\"Resultat d'imatges de buenas posturas dibujo\" width=\"271\" height=\"187\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">L&#8217;esquena sempre ha d&#8217;estar recta!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>2. Alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong><br \/>\nL&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 sempre la tenia a expert, per\u00f2 ara fa una temporada llarga (un mes aproximadament) de molt mal de panxa i est\u00f3mac, aix\u00ed que no tinc molta gana i per aix\u00f2 ja no estic a expert en algunes setmanes. La part bona \u00e9s que quan <span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">s&#8217;<\/span><span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">hem<\/span> passi el mal de panxa far\u00e9 5 \u00e0pats, i si cal 6!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/blocs.xtec.cat\/orientacioeducativatorreforta\/files\/2010\/05\/alimentacio.jpg\" alt=\"Resultat d'imatges de h\u00e0bits de vida saludable\" width=\"319\" height=\"336\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>3. Activitat f\u00edsica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">L&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica, m\u00e9s coneguda com l&#8217;esport, \u00e9s una acci\u00f3 saludable que s&#8217;ha d&#8217;intentar fer una hora al dia. Quan fas esport, a part d&#8217;ajudar al teu cos et sent b\u00e9, o almenys jo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Sense l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica no podria viure!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/institutviladomat.cat\/portfoli\/16laiapi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/116\/2017\/03\/activitatinfanciatriptic2-300x269.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Si vosaltres tamb\u00e9 voleu tenir una vida ben sana intenteu fer-ho tot b\u00e9:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Activitat f\u00edsica \/ Esport<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Descans \/ Dormir<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Hidrataci\u00f3 \/ Beure<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Alimentaci\u00f3 \/ Menjar<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Higene \/ Rentar-se<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Postura<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si feu tot aix\u00f2 tindreu una vida molt m\u00e9s sana!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durant el curs la Txell ens ha fet fer el passaport saludable.
