F\u00edsica: Per millorar-ho faig exercici quant puc i quant tinc temps de sobra, els dies festius anem de passeig ma mare i jo per la gran via o altres llocs, faig patinatge durant 6 hores a la setmana i 2 hores de ball dijous i divendres.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Descans: Intento anar a dormir tant d&#8217;hora com puc, pel demat\u00ed intento (si tinc molta son) dormir durant el m\u00e0xim de temps possible i quan els dies d&#8217;escola no e pogut dormir el diumenge dorm-ho fins lo m\u00e9s tard possible (com a m\u00e0xim la una de la tarda).<\/p>\n<p>Hidrataci\u00f3: Intento veure aigua m\u00e9s sovint, \u00a0quan tinc set bec aigua e intento veure la quantitat recomanada d&#8217;aigua.<\/p>\n<p>Alimentaci\u00f3: Intento menjar la quantitat recomanada, menjo molta amanida, les maduixes i el broquil i no menjo molt menjar r\u00e0pid ni aquestes coses.<\/p>\n<p>Higiene: Em dutxo cada dia, em rento les dents dos cops al dia i estic acostumada a rentar-me les mans despr\u00e9s de sortir al lavabo i abans d&#8217;anar a dinar.<\/p>\n<p>Postura: Intento recordar la postura que em de tenir, quan dormo em poso l&#8217;esquena recta i quan menjo intento posar una postura correcta, per\u00f2 em costa molt posar l&#8217;esquena b\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Activitat.
