Pandora’s box is addressing the question of why there is evil in the world. Pandora opened a box, releasing all the evils of humanity.
In a planet called Pandora live the Avatars, beings that seem primitive but in fact, they are very evolved. Because Pandora’s environment is poisonous, human hybrids, called Avatars, are related to human minds, allowing them to move freely through Pandora. Jake Sully, a paralytic, is transformed to an Avatar, and falls in love with a Na’vi woman (Avatar, a human hybrids).
A similarity between Pandora in Classical Mythology and Avatar is that there are evils in the world. In the case of avatar, humans do evils in the avatars population and in Pandora in Classical Mythology, Pandora opened a Pandora’s box, freeing all evils of humanity.
